Ken and Dorothy Brady founded Ken Brady Construction Company in 1954 after moving from Arkansas to Alaska. Being a part of their community was important to the Bradys, a value the couple passed onto their children. Ken Brady was instrumental in getting the Boys and Girls Club established in Alaska. He also served in the 6th Alaska Legislature and was a lay member of the Alaska Judicial Council for 12 years. Tim and Mike Brady have carried on their parent’s tradition of responsibility and community involvement through leadership and membership positions in numerous local and national groups such as:

  • University of Alaska Board of Regents
  • Boone & Crockett Club
  • Anchorage Downtown Rotary Club
  • Great Alaska Council, Boy Scouts of America
  • Associated General Contractors of Alaska
  • American Red Cross of Alaska Disaster Cabinet
